Marsos delivered one portal where distributors order in their own currency, orders flow straight into SAP, and approvals, claims and delivery status are visible in the same place as the order.

Health-Benefits Commerce Platform

Members hold pre-loaded health-benefit funds, but that money sits with a third-party administrator rather than the store — so it could not be spent reliably online. Marsos built the payment and identity layer that lets members spend those balances directly at checkout, arrive already signed in from their benefits provider, and see every expense and reimbursement in one dashboard.

Composable commerce promises an API-first, independently replaceable stack — but replatforming a live store is where most programmes lose money. This is the method Marsos uses to migrate to a headless, MACH-style architecture without a big-bang cutover: match the existing experience before changing it, decouple one layer at a time, and keep every phase reversible until the replacement has earned production trust.

Marsos worked across a single Salesforce Commerce Cloud estate serving Asia-Pacific, European and North American markets from one shared codebase — each market keeping its own catalogue, currency, payment methods, tax rules and loyalty programme.

Pharmacy Delivery & Fleet Tracking Platform

A pharmacy delivery operation had no live view of where its riders were, or reliable confirmation that medicines had actually reached the patient. Marsos built the rider app, the dispatch portal and the platform behind them — so every shipment is followed from dispatch to proof of delivery, and managers watch the whole fleet on one map.

AI Demand Planning Engine

Reorder quantities were being estimated from spreadsheets that were stale before they were finished. Marsos built a pipeline that combines sales, distributor and inventory data into one demand signal, applies the client's own ordering rules to it, and writes suggested quantities back into Salesforce — so a rep opens the storefront and the order is already filled in.

Multi-Brand SFCC Platform Audit

A retailer running three brands on one commerce platform needed to know what was genuinely at risk before committing the next year of engineering budget. Marsos assessed the estate end to end and delivered a ranked remediation plan — what threatens the business now, what can safely wait, and what it costs to leave alone.

Repeat customers were reordering the same food by hand every few weeks, and every point of friction cost a subscription.
